How to Customize Astra Theme Blog Post Layout in WordPress

Want a cleaner blog layout with full control over how your content looks? Astra Theme makes it easy. Here’s how you can quickly customize your single blog post layout in WordPress.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to Appearance > Customize > Blog > Single Post

1. Turn Off Post Title
Uncheck the “Post Title” under Post Structure. This is useful if you’ve already added a custom title inside your content.

2. Set Container Layout
Under Container Layout, select Normal. Then choose Unboxed under Container Style. This gives your post a wider, cleaner appearance.

3. Adjust Content Width
You can set a custom width like 900px for better readability.

4. Disable Comments
Scroll down to the Comments option and turn it off if you don’t want to allow comments on your blog posts.

5. Tweak Post Spacing
Go to the Design tab. Adjust post spacing — for example, add 15px top spacing to improve layout and readability.

This is perfect if you’re building modern blog posts with block editors or page builders like Elementor and don’t want Astra’s default styles getting in the way.
