Step 2: Set up “Send Mail As” (In Gmail)

Go to your Gmail settings (Gear Icon -> See all settings) and click the Accounts and Import tab. Find Send mail as and add your business email. Enter your hosting company’s SMTP details and password.

Now, when you reply to a client from your personal Gmail, they will only see your professional business email address.

Step 3: Keep it Organized with a Gmail Label

To keep your personal mail separate from your client work, create a Filter in Gmail. Set any email sent To: info@yourdomain.com to automatically apply a custom label (like a folder icon) named after your business. Keep “Skip the Inbox” unchecked so it shows up in both your main feed and your sidebar!
